Used it with an Ipad and loved its ease of use and high quality scans. Bought this scanner in still have the receipt. Would like to have a auto file name function to allow me to speed through documents quicker. What is "fine" and what is "standard" resolution? Also, I hate having to type out a file name every time I scan something. I would like to see a little more technical information. The wireless feature is OK, but with my notebook have to "sign on" and Off on the network. Like the size and the speed of the scanner. Works fine on Android devices but hates Windows. Program absolutely refuses to acknowledge the connected device. It has been a waste of my good time and money.

The app says that I own the product and can install it on my device, however it has been telling me for the past hour that it is working, but I see nothing happening. I cannot get the software to download from the Windows Store.
I intended to use it to scan receipts and other tax related documentation, so that I would have an electronic file and be able to shred and dispose of a number of pieces of paper. The file name should index automatically based on the files already in the folder. So if you're scanning different pictures to the same folder it defaults to 'picture' each time and you have to take extra time to add numbers. Its a nice app, but it sucks that you have to rename every picture you scan even when you save them all to the same folder.
